The state-funded preschool program is designed to provide a school readiness program for children ages 3-5 from low-income families. Parent participation is a required component of the program. There are 29 state preschool classes at 16 locations across the district: Classes run Monday through Friday in the morning from (8:15 to 11:15) and afternoon (11:45 to 2:45).
