| The Children’s Book Council This organization has been around since 1945; they are a non-profit trade organization dedicated to encouraging literacy and the use and enjoyment of children’s books; they are the official sponsor of Young People’s Poetry Week and Children’s Book Week each year. This is an attractive, easy to navigate site that describes activities, lists and reviews new titles, offers online ordering, special events, a forum on selected topics and more. |
