The procedure to be followed in resolving a problem at any of the sites after hours, weekends, or holidays is as follows:

FOR IMMEDIATE EMERGENCY FIRE, POLICE, OR AMBULANCE RESPONSE:

CALL 911

URGENT NEEDS: Call 619-588-3200, when prompted, press option 2

You should have the following information readily available for the duty person to assist you:

1. Your name and position with the District
2. School or site where problem is located
3. What the problem is and what type of help is needed
4. What other action, if any, you have taken.

Urgent needs may include unlocked doors, broken windows, plumbing problems, obscene graffiti, problems during a facility use activity, etc. Please do not call the El Cajon Police Department for assistance unless you need a police officer at the scene.
